Laser cut, steel and dimple died for strength these plates make reinforcement of the rear subframe a heap easier than attempting to do it yourself. The V2 reinforces the area around the rear diff more and the overall fit is better than our previous V1.

What's the advantage of using the GKTech weld in subframe kit?
Broken subframes are pretty common, especially in drift/motorsport applications. Just as people seam weld their cars, the subframe should not be forgotten. Remembering that it takes a heap of the stress under load. It's also a simple and effective mod while the subframe is out.
What modifications are required, is this hard to fit?
No modifications are required, simply just remove the subframe and weld the plates in.
Is there anything else needed for installation?
You will need a welder. In terms of the kit it will arrive as shown in the product photo.
Can I install this myself? If so how long will installation take?
Yes, provided you have welding experience. Welding in of the kit should take around 30 minutes assuming you have the subframe out of your car already.

I can confirm that 8 out of the 10 plates, perfectly fit the wgnc34 subframe (The wide one). The 2 that don't fit are the rear diff mount plates, which are too narrow for the 40mm wider subframe. Great product. A+

kept cracking my subframe until i got this and welded on another subframe. Since then, no issues! have solid bushings and spherial arms all round with 983nm torque 2jz
best and cheapest stuff, if you go gktech you get replacement pieces aswell... you cant go wrong with gktech

Rear end has been transformed and we get alot more feedback from the car now its a bit stiffer, combine these with the Diff bushes for extra party. The lazor cut is perfect and online instructions are super easy to follow. This is a must have for any R or S chassis owner that intends to drive the pants off their car.
