FLUX banjo bolts are precision-machined from high-quality 6061-T6 aluminium to mate with FLUX AN banjo fittings at brake calipers, master cylinders, turbocharger oil inlets, and engine oil galleries. Each bolt features a cross-drilled flow path through the shank that aligns with the banjo eye to allow fluid transfer when torqued into the port.
Available in M10 and M12 with both 1.25mm and 1.5mm pitch options, plus M14×1.5 and M16×1.5 for larger-bore applications. Always verify your component thread spec before ordering, thread pitch is critical for sealing. Sealing washers (copper or aluminium crush washers) should be used on both faces of the banjo eye.
